Sand Castings

At the sand casting stage, we begin to produce the customer’s product design. Complex, thin walled core intensive castings are produced in a range of materials, including nickel-aluminium-bronze, bronze/gunmetal, stainless steel and duplex. Frese has the capability for the gravity sand casting of items up to 2.2 Mt.
